Yuvau Digital is not responsible for losses or performance changes caused directly by changes, restrictions,
suspensions, outages, policy decisions, algorithm updates, technical failures, or other actions of third-party platforms.
6. Client Responsibilities
Where you engage Yuvau Digital for services, you agree to provide information, access, approvals, materials,
and cooperation reasonably required to perform the agreed services.

or other client-side dependencies may affect project timelines and deliverables.
7. Client-Provided Materials
You remain responsible for ensuring that materials, information, images, videos, trademarks, documents,
claims, data, and other content supplied to Yuvau Digital are accurate and that you have the necessary rights
and permissions to use them.
You grant Yuvau Digital the permission reasonably necessary to use client-provided materials for the purpose
of delivering the agreed services.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the Yuvau Digital website and its original
content, including text, graphics, design elements, branding, layouts, software, code, processes, and other materials,
belong to Yuvau Digital or its respective licensors.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Yuvau Digital’s website

Client Project Materials
Ownership and usage rights relating to materials created specifically for a client project may depend on the relevant
proposal, statement of work, agreement, payment status, licensing terms, and third-party rights applicable to that project.
Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, plugins, APIs, advertising platforms, templates, or other licensed materials
remain subject to their respective licence terms.
9. Website, Software, and Technical Services
Where Yuvau Digital develops or modifies websites, landing pages, automation systems, integrations, or other digital
assets, the final scope of work will be determined by the applicable project agreement or written scope.
Third-party hosting providers, plugins, APIs, software platforms, and integrations may experience outages,
compatibility issues, security incidents, feature changes, or discontinuation.
Unless expressly included in a written agreement, ongoing maintenance, hosting fees, third-party software fees,
licence fees, infrastructure costs, and post-delivery technical support may be charged separately.
10. Proposals, Fees, and Payments
Fees, payment schedules, deliverables, project timelines, and other commercial terms may be specified in a proposal,
quotation, invoice, statement of work, or separate agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may depend on receiving required payments, approvals, information,
or access from the client.
Third-party expenses, advertising budgets, software subscriptions, hosting charges, domain costs, platform fees,
media spend, and other external costs are generally separate from Yuvau Digital’s professional fees unless expressly
included in the agreed scope.
11. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service arrangement where termination is permitted under the applicable
agreement or written commercial terms.
Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees for services already performed, approved work,
committed third-party expenses, non-cancellable costs, and other amounts properly due under the applicable agreement.
Termination of a service relationship does not automatically cancel obligations that are intended to survive termination,
including confidentiality, intellectual property, payment obligations, and applicable legal responsibilities.
12. Confidentiality
Where Yuvau Digital receives confidential business information from a client or prospective client,
we will use reasonable care to protect such information and use it only for legitimate business or service-related purposes,
subject to applicable agreements and law.
Confidentiality obligations may be further defined in a separate confidentiality agreement or service agreement where applicable.
